New CAF Toolkit - Version 1
This toolkit has been agreed with our partners. We hope it will help support practitioners and managers in South Gloucestershire to use the Common Assessment Framework (CAF). It is written with the intention of being accessible and in a format that can be easily changed and added to.
We wish to make clear that the toolkit reflects the way we are all currently working at the time of writing. We live in interesting times and our circumstances are currently changing. It is therefore possible that we will be continuing to change the context in which we are working, and also need to further adapt our practice.
