Overview and Aims of the Single Business Process Project

• The Single Business Process/Single Point of Access and Technology Project aims to implement the concept of a single point of access to services and implement the technology to enable a single cross-cutting business process across all Integrated Services and partner organisations.

• The process will encourage shared responsibility for assessing and supporting children and young people by simplifying and standardising activities and tasks with a focus on the ‘team around the child’.

• This project is one of a number of service reviews within the CYP Transformation Programme. It is closely linked to two service reviews into integrated services for early years and young people
