Outcome Focused Planning Minimize

Context

The Children and Young People Strategic Partnership is the commissioning body which is responsible for deciding how best to use the totality of resources available to improve the outcomes for children and young people.
The Director of Children’s Services leads the commissioning arrangements, which are governed by the Strategic Partnership. The Children and Young People Plan is the key strategy for improving outcomes and is the central focus of the Strategic Partnership.

A range of partnership plans are informed by the priorities of the CYPP, and show in greater detail how resources are targeted at specific needs in relation to improving outcomes for targeted groups of children and young people.

Relationship of partnership plans

The Senior Officer Group oversees the development of the CYPP, and the implementation of key strategies to secure the identified priorities in improving outcomes. Members of the Senior Officer Group represent the range of key agencies whose work affects children and young people.
